What this includes
This service is designed to restore your PC's cooling performance, stability and overall reliability. The maintenance includes a full internal clean, removal of dust and debris, cleaning of all case fans, CPU cooler, heatsinks and filters, replacement of the CPU thermal paste, inspection of cable management, motherboard, memory, storage drives and power supply, followed by comprehensive testing to ensure the system is operating correctly after servicing. Please note: This service does not include graphics card (GPU) servicing. GPU maintenance requires complete disassembly of the graphics card, replacement of thermal paste and thermal pads, and careful reassembly. Due to the delicate nature of this work, it is offered as a separate service (£120). During the maintenance process, all major hardware components will be inspected for signs of wear, overheating or potential hardware failure. If any faults are discovered that require replacement parts or additional repair work, no extra work will be carried out without your approval first. You will be contacted with a full explanation of the findings, the recommended solution and a fixed quotation before any additional charges are incurred. Please note that this service covers maintenance and preventative cleaning only. The cost of replacement parts, GPU servicing, or any additional repair work is not included and will be quoted separately if required. 15 minutes is for dropping your device off, not for the work itself.

We repair laptops and desktop computers only. We do not repair mobile phones, tablets or any other handheld devices, games consoles, or carry out micro-soldering and board-level chip repairs. Please do not book these in - we will not be able to help.
