PC build / Case migration

What this includes

Professionally transfer your existing computer components into a new PC case or rebuild your system using your supplied hardware. This service includes complete disassembly, careful installation of all compatible components, cable management, hardware inspection, and testing to ensure the system is operating correctly after the migration. The minimum charge for this service is £160 and covers a standard case migration or PC rebuild. If, during the process, any additional work is required (such as replacing faulty components, BIOS updates, installing additional hardware, replacing thermal paste, resolving compatibility issues, or any other repairs), these will be quoted separately. No additional work will be carried out without your approval first. Please note that any replacement parts required are not included in the service price and will be charged separately. This service does not include data recovery or software troubleshooting unless specifically agreed beforehand. 15 minutes is for dropping your device & components off, not for the work itself.

Please read before booking

We repair laptops and desktop computers only. We do not repair mobile phones, tablets or any other handheld devices, games consoles, or carry out micro-soldering and board-level chip repairs. Please do not book these in - we will not be able to help.

MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, MKV, WEBM, 3GP, MPEG or WMV - e.g. the fault happening.

Missed appointments

Missed appointments: if you do not attend without cancelling, the check-up fee for that appointment is not refundable, because the slot was held for you while other customers could not book it. A first missed appointment is excused. After that, any new booking must be paid in advance by bank transfer, and if it is not attended the payment is void and non-refundable.
